HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

We booked their service for our wedding. I confirmed the reservation multiple times prior to our <span class="yshortcuts" style="cursor: hand; border-bottom: #0066cc 1px dashed">wedding day.

The limo did not show up to bring the bride to the church. We called spoke to someone who could not give us any reason as to why the limo did not show up or whether it ever would show up. He said he would call us back. He never returned any of our multiple calls. The limo never showed up. Our priest got into his own car and drove to help bring the bride and bridesmaids to the church so he could marry us.

They didn't even try calling to follow up afterwards.

We sent an Email afterward to 5 Stars <span class="yshortcuts">Limo to voice our displeasure. To this day, they have not returned any of our multiple calls or responded to our Email.

I don't know how they remain in business with service (or utter lack thereof) like this.
