im guessing you have to be a buyer to write a review but i also think anyone that thinks a online overseas discount custom made bridal shop is offering unique original designs at bottom prices they are a bit silly to begin with.

Yeah if you have been looking at dresses long enough, you can see they pull photos off every reputable bridal shop. I was like gee didn’t I see this exact lady in this exact dress at the Maggie sottero site?  they have to alter the dress they make slightly as to not completely copy it. Usually uses cheap materials as well.

Some places are good/ok. You just have to ask around and find credible reviews.

Sorry you were disappointed!

I think everyone needs to realize that the second they buy a ‘designer’ dress from a site that is not (1) the actual designer’s website or (2) a reputable seller of the designer, then… yeah… it’s probably going to be a lesser knock off.  I don’t think anyone should expect a couture gown to be reproduced for a price that is too good to be true.

But yeah I agree that it’s crap that they rip pictures right off the actual designers’ websites.

Buyer BEWARE.

@Lpsc17:

I ordered the Monique L. Scarlet replica gown from Coral’s Bridal just this month.  The only picture of the gown on the site was from the actual designer site.  I knew that the moment I saw it.  I did a lot of research and read so many reviews (not on their site).  I decided to give it a chance.  To say I was scared was an understatement.  I received the gown last night.  I was shaking when I pulled the gown out of the packaging.  It was beyond my expectations.  The workmanship and quality floored me.  The day my dress shipped, they actually posted the picture of the gown.  The picture did not do the dress justice.  It looked white with a white, shiny underslip.  In reality, it is alencon ivory lace with an ivory slip.  For $500.00, it is amazing.  The staff that I dealt with were wonderful and we didn’t have an issue with language.  And if it wasn’t for them questioning the measurement on length, the gown would have be to short.

I will attach a couple of pics from last night.  The photos still do not show the actual beauty of the gown.  Again the dress looks white and shiny.

Actually, that dress looks nothing like the dress you were wanting, and they not only make their own custom dresses, but they also make replicas. I know of at least 6 dresses on that website they made by hand, themselves. There is a way to comment on the site, but the only way you can do it is by commenting on the dress, and then after you comment on the dress, they review it and if it’s positive, they post it on the comment section.
Just because you’re not satisfied with your “Cheap and hideous” dress, doesn’t mean no one else will order it and love it.
http://www.coralsbridal.com/1226-spw09006-halter-lace-princess-wedding-gown-SPW09006.html This is the dress I orederd, and so far they have been very good with keeping up with my emails, and letting me know how they’re doing and everything.
I still have about 2 weeks before I get my dress.
I will post photos with it on after I get it. =)

Very pretty. I can not wait to see my dress once it comes in.
Now your dress has some real quality for the price added to it. It is just amazing.

I actually ordered from Coral’s bridal and was quite happy. You can’t expect it to be exactly the same- they even tell you that if you email them for a quote. They said that the lace on my dress would be different and it would only be 85-90% the same. I was fine with that. Here’s some pictures:
