Weddingbee boards

This was THE worst experience I have ever had with a florist. STAY AWAY!!!! I was running late for my appt with them as I was coming from my bridesmaids dress fitting at Davids Bridal in West Palm. My wedding planners were already at the office waiting for me before my appt time of 3:30. I am probably 5 minutes away when I get a call from my wedding planners that Rose Tish (im guessing the owner?) has cancelled my appt! I was so confused at this point but they basically told me that Rose told them that she booked 3 other appointments at 3:30 and that if I could not be there at exactly 3:30 she was cancelling my appt because she has other brides. I told them that I was only 5 minutes away so I was going to the appt anyways, cancelled or not. I dont exactly live close to this place and I didnt drive all that way and use all that gas for nothing. I even tried calling the office just to let them know I was running late but would be there in no time however no one answered the phone either. I arrive at their office with my sister and sister in law and we walk inside and no one is the front room. We hear people talking in the back and I am sure they heard us when we came in but no one came to even greet us and tell us that they would be with us in one second. Nothing. My sister in law even suggested calling the office from my cell phone to see if there phone actually rings (we thought maybe the phones just werent working)..nope...the phones work just fine...it was ringing nice and loud however no one bothered to answer. Finally after waiting for about 15 minutes a woman finally comes to the front and asks what we need. I told her I had an appt with Rose which she informs me that Rose isn't there, she left. So she gets Rose on the phone who tells the lady that MY WEDDING PLANNERS cancelled my appt!!!! My planners have never cancelled an appt with any vendor before nor would they considering that they had a far drive to get to this place. When she said that I was so upset. Not only did I just speed down I-95 for 30 minutes to get to this appt but now she is telling me that my wedding planners cancelled my appt. I told her that my wedding planners did not cancel my appt, she did, and she should have called me to tell me since I was the one who had set up the appt not my planners. She refused to come back and meet with me. If she did make two other appts at 3:30 then there def. should have been more people in there however it was just me. Not to mention that triple booking clients is not giving enough personalized attention to them since you have to be rushing them out. I have to say my planners did warn me about this place when I told them I wanted to check it out. The worst part of this all is that my sister in law used them for her wedding which she was so shocked that they treated me this way. She even told the woman there that this was unprofessional and that she was sorry she ever recommended anyone to them. Please! Please! Do not waste your time with these people!! They are dishonest and rude!! I'm at least grateful that they treated me this way from the beginning that way I didnt hire them for my wedding and get stuck with this subpar service!! Take your money elsewhere!!
