Guys, half the time you think you’re eating a vegetable, you’re really eating a fruit! And if you’re a botanists, there is no such thing as a vegetable. Goodness. Check it out.
So, when I look at the recommendations that say I should get 2 cups of fruit and 3 cups of vegetables. . . do they mean real fruit or what someone thought fruit was? This all makes it more of a challenge to figure out what I should really be eating. I guess, when in doubt, eat leafy greens and lots of colors.
