I didn't want to say anything to him like "ohhhhhhh so youre planning on proposing then???" although... i totally wanted to.:x
I don't think that was on accident and he probably wouldn't say it if it weren't true.....eeeeeeek!
I'm just hoping it was a real slip and not him just being "a snake" 
. He just might say it to confuse me but it really seemed to be beyond his conscience. I am starting to go crazy waiting!

Hopefully it is the ring, but if he is a sneak, he might just be getting you a regular piece of jewelry.
@MissAsB I know its te ring, its just a matter of time as to when I will get it. We've gone to the jewlers and picked it out and we discuss wedding plans on an almost (if not) daily bases. If he were to throw a different piece of jewlery at me the weekend of the 18th i think i would die in a puddle of tears.
ohh! Hopefully! Boys can be weird though. (well, not can be-they are) It could be something else not even jewelry that's sparkly!
@snake: nooo don't burst into tears, remembers guys have a tendency to want to "throw us off".. just smile and nod.. and burst into tears in the bathroom, you know?

Hopefully it is. That would be great for you. Guys are just really weird about that. Mine couldn't give me a straight hint but maybe yours isn't mean like that!

Ha, I don't know if he would "accidently" say something like that... maybe he wants to get you worked up!
They aren't mean on purpose but they do it out of wanting to suprise us. I would just go on pretending you didn't hear it because if it was a slip, he might think you weren't paying attention to it. Good luck!
if i learned one thing about boys is that they're unpredictable! let's hope it was a slip and it actually happens around then!

So we were walking to the car and he was discussing a christmas party that his co worker was thinking of hosting and he stated that they were thinking about throwing it the weekend of Dec 11th or the weekend of the 18th. He then said:
"lets hope its on the weekend of the 18th so that you will have something sparkly to show off!"
what do you think? Maybe he's thinking of proposing between those two weekends!
