It sounds like you have a busy day! Are you getting your food through the venue or do you have a caterer?
@ Miss AsB - It WAS a busy day! Thankfully, my fears were for nothing. I didn't forget anything crucial. Our venue is a hotel ballroom, so they will thankfully be handling all the food, linens, liquor, etc. The coordinator seems to have it all well under control, so I will sleep soundly tonight!
Woo! I had a big wedding vendor day where my mom scheduled the caterer, venue coordinator, day of coordinator and photog to come out to the site all at the same time! It was crazy, but worked. I'm glad yours worked too!!! YAY!!! Don't you feel so accomplished?
You are so lucky! My mom was supposed to fly out for a wedding planning visit like that, but had to cancel; I won't see her until the wedding. I miss her!

My wedding is less than 2 months away, and my mom is visiting for a weekend filled with wedding planning details! Today we're doing my hair trial, first dress fitting, and a semi-final walk through with the venue coordinator - busy day!
Is there anything you wish you had done before your trial/fitting/walk through?
I've got hair inspiration pictures and accessories for the hair trial; the dress, undergarments, and shoes for the dress fitting; and a list of questions for the venue coordinator. I feel pretty prepared, but I'm sure there's something I'm overlooking!
