Can anyone else out there with size European 43 feet share my pain at not being able to fit into ANY pretty Choos/Manolos/Louboutins or indeed most high street designs and therefore being doomed to wear boring clumpy flat unimaginitive shoes for their big day?
RAGE!!!!! What to do?

YES. Granted I’m only a 42 and can squeeze into a 41… but it’s so sad isn’t it? I think the worst thing, for me, is when I find a cute shoe on the display and ask them to bring it out in a 42.. if by the grace of god they actually HAVE one, it’s huge and ugly, looking like the ugly stepsister of the darling little 35 they had on display.

My mom and sister wear US 11 and can never find a nice selection of shoes. Even places like Macy’s and Nordstrom only carry up to size 10 in the stores!
Both of them found a great selection of shoes at Zappos.
You can search by size (so your heart isn’t broken by browsing shoes that don’t come in your size).
Added plus- shipping (to you and to return shoes that don’t fit you) is free and you have up to a year to return!

Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack both carry a big selection of large sized shoes in many designers. And The Rack has them for cheap!

My momma always told me, all winning thoroughbred race horses have big feet. 😉 It runs in our family… I wish I had nice small feet but no, course not. I find that square-toed shoes look best with my feet. I’ll probably wear a flat of some kind for our wedding.
