I’m a 9 (maybe 9.25… My rings are 9, but with it being summer and me wearing my wedding band with my ering (even though I’m not married yet, but it makes me happy, so my fiance certainly isn’t going to argue with me about it!) I’ve been thinking about sizing them up a 1/4 size.  Gonna wait until fall though).
It is SO hard trying on rings in the store on your pinky finger and trying to figure out if they’ll look good on you.  Honestly though, there’s very little you can do about your ring size.  I am admittedly overweight, but even when I have not been overweight my ring size was the same.  It is what it is.  Just like with clothes though, the important thing is not to try to wear a size that’s too small for you, that’s when you get muffin top!

I’m right around an 8. I think the ring is an 8.25 and depending on bloat I’ll go from an 8 to an 8.5 ring size. I COMPLETELY understand where you’re coming from and it’s so beyond obnoxious to not actually be able to TRY ON rings. I don’t know how to help you, but I sympathize =/

I have a size 9.25 finger.  The guy at the ring store told me I wanted a size nine so that it didn’t fall off, but he was so wrong.  Getting a ring that fits my finger makes it easier for me to get used to it and wear it.  And no muffin top!!

I’m an 8 or 8.5 depending on weather. I like thicker bands or a larger stone.

This is so interesting to me.  I had no idea until the bee how small most ladies’ fingers are.  I’m an 8-8.5 and I thought I had fairly average to even slightly slender fingers, but I guess that’s not the case.  I can’t even imagine some of the bees with size 4 fingers.  I don’t have a pic right now, but will try to take and post one a little later.

I’m an 8 normally and probably an 8.5 with swelling. I can sympathize with trying on all those tiny size 6.5 rings in the stores…very discouraging. For me i think having a little more finger coverage helps with the muffin top & makes me feel like my fingers aren’t as big as they are. For reference center is .5 & total is a lil under 1.5

I’m a size 9! – size it so that it fits comfortably in the summer when your fingers tend to be a bit larger.

@moriah:  I’m a ring size 5 and I can tell you it’s not super awesome. Department story rings never fit, and the pretty/eccentric rings are usually larger and just overwhelm my hands 🙁

I’m a horrible size, almost impossible to find anything without special order – 10.25. Here’s my promise ring from SO

@sunkissed19:  The finger coverage on your ring is really nice. I’m a finger size 8, care to share carat size?

@michiru4ever:  What are your center/side stones? It is gorgeous!!
