lane bryant. This is the exact ones i have. been wearing them for years and they have never let me down!

I <3 my primadonnas. I have two of the satin spacers. Well worth the gob of money they cost.
Pre-primadonna, from 36G/???(I think I could have used an H) down to 32G, I lived by le mystere's dream tisha. I remember the day I found them in my size, I was so happy, the clerk thought I was a jerk teenager laughing at bras coming in sizes larger than DD. I wore one out of the store, and got hit on in the next store I was in. For a while, I'd been hearing "check out maternity bras, they come in up to K!"
Your info-blurb says you're in Ny,NY. Do you live there? BF's ex would go on about some shop in the city, but I don't remember what it was. There was also a Bare Necessities by his house (in NJ), but they shut down. His mom was supposed to show me another shop, but after the primadonnas, I'm not buying any bras for a while...
I went to a Nordstrom, but the clerk there was rude. LB was super-rude (even though I was well within their sizing for clothes), and they're really weird about carrying sizes, so when I tried to shop there, I'd always call first. It would end up that the nearest shop carrying what I was looking for was always on the other side of the state.
I have been wearing Lane Bryant strapless bras for at least 5 years now. Love them so much. I use to wear the balconette but I always have problems with straps falling down no matter how they are adjusted so the strapless is perfect for me.
I'm a 32G, and my friend (who is a 36H) and I both shop at www.bravissimo.com. They have some cute and comfortable bras for larger -chested gals. The only issue is that they are in the UK, so it takes awhile to get your online order.
I'm not plus-size, but I was blessed with a considerably large chest. Randomly (at a Maidenform outlet in Atlantic City) I came across the Lilyette Strapless Minimizer. I tried it on, and fell in love. It gives me so much support, I could go running in it! And best of all, it's strapless! Hello tank tops without bra straps! The back band is wide and comfy too.
It's actually very comfortable. Sometimes, if I've had it on for 8+ hours, I'll start to get some sore spots under my arms, but nothing terrible (and this only really happens if I'm retaining water and my girls are supersized).
Hope this helps!
Ok, I'm only a DD but I have to say that I have only ever been able to find a bra that works and I don't want to rip off of me after 20 min in it at Layne Bryant. They are pricy, but they work and if you are gentle with them, they last - and they tend to have great buy one get one half off sales when I need bras. I have to go get measured again as I have been told I am probably more a G then a DD but that scares me - not sure why? and the lady who manages my local store is awesome. I've gone in and tried on every bra and they have everything you could want - and they cary them in your size or they can order them and you don't have to buy them if they don't fit or pay for shipping!
Apparently, I'm not the only one, but I would recommend the Lane Bryant Balconette! It lifts, is extremely comfortable and comes in some of the most amazing colors! I generally buy them when Lane Bryant has buy 1, get 1 or buy 2 get 2!
I wear mainly bras from victoria secret I carry most my weight around the mid section but have big boobs so far those are the only that work for me.
I love the Maidenform outlet. Most All of my bras are Maidenform or Lilyette.
I really love the wireless Smooth Revolution Ambrielle bras from JC Penneys. Here's a link:

My best friend and I both bought these bras the same day and now we're both hooked! I hate wearing bras and this one is pretty comfy, and holds up the girls with some nice lining.
PS for some reason the website doesn't list all of the plus sizes.. I have seen that they go up to 44 in stores.
I like Wacoals as well. I've also been able to find some Bali's and Maidenforms that I like.
it ranges. i have some bali and liz claiborne ones that are great, as well as Gap and Victoria's Secret ones that i love.
I love, love, LOVE Le Mystere's Dream Tisha. I would die without my Le Mystere bras. Really, I'd just keel over and expire. I'm a 38H, and I have never found another bra that provides both support and a sexy shape.

I am in desperate search of a new bra that is supportive and minimally painful. I wear around a 40G, depending on the brand. I was fitted the other day into a Prima Donna Deauville, which I loved because for the first time since I was 12, my breasts were up. But after a few hours, I was in so much pain that I had to unhook the bra and go about the rest of my day without one. I have previously worn the Fantasie Bell, but don't find it to give enough uplift.
Got recommendations for a bra you like?
