I wanted an all-vegetarian lunch, so I had to find a caterer in central KY willing to do that. We had to pay a pretty big delivery fee becuase he came from an hour away, plus an extra charge at our venue. I know a closer caterer would have served good food, but since both of us are veggie we wanted an all-veg wedding. It was worth the extra expense! Believe me, I ate on my wedding day!

we also splurged on the all-inclusive reception… although we did get a great deal on that.

1. All inclusive reception

2. photography

3. our honeymoon. Well technically, Father-In-Law splurged on the honeymoon for us, but we let him and we usually wouldn’t let anyone spend that much money on us ever! But it was so worth it!

@eloping…I’m totally with you on the whole first class travel thing. Darling Husband and I splurged on first class tickets to our last trip to Florida and now I don’t ever want to go back to coach. Sadly I’m stuck flying coach as I head out to Florida again for my SIL’s wedding. I’ll miss the extra space and free food…lol.

We spent a little more than we thought we would on just about everything, but most of all our photographer.

Right now, the venue and catering.  I’d like to splurge on my dress but since we’ve already splurged, I am not sure if I can anymore. lol

Videography. It’s not much of a splurge at $300, but we hadn’t budgeted for it at all, so Mr. Bunny and I are footing the entire bill.

That would be our venue! Our reception is in the same building as our ceremony so I am adding them together in venue costs.  Our food isnt ever going to tip the bucket since we are doing apps rather than a meal.

As of right now, it’s the open bar. My parents have generously offered to take care of the catering, so C and I are more than happy to foot the bar bill.

We’ll probably splurge on our honeymoon, too. Or, I kind of hope we can! 😉

My photographer was my biggest splurge. I had to have who I wanted but I also had to convince Mr. CB that it was really worth it. In the end, he was really happy with OUR choice. =)

Photographer. We basically set no budget when it came to the photographer. We decided once we found the one and what their price tag was, we’d compromise on everything else 🙂
