Biggest weakness: dessert, esp after dinner. We eat a good dinner, but by 8 or 9, we want chocolate/ice cream/whatever. We are trying to limit it to once a week, but sometimes that doesn't help.
I have bought a tank top that says newlywed on it that is my insipiration and it hangs on my door every day. So when I wake up and go to sleep, I see it.
BEER
hate to say it, but i love having a beer when i get in from work at night!
food-wise, i'm a salt fiend, so look out when i get around chips + salsa

Hi all,
I'm currently trying to lose weight and I'm just curious what everyone else's biggest weaknesses are and how you get over them? I've already lost 10 lbs since the beginning of the year, although I don't seem to notice any difference. I'm really hoping to get down another 15 more by September!
My biggest weakness lately has bee Sunkist orange pop. My FI and I gave up pop over lent and I lasted through that, but my will power has been zapped since! It doesn't help that my workplace has it for 40 cents/can!
So yeah, just taking a poll and looking for inspiration!
