Birdcage veil advice

I’m wearing a birdcage veil and plan to put it on before the ceremony (after our first look), and remove it again after.

@crocodilerock:  I’m planning on wearing mine all night, but mine is going to be smaller.  You could maybe still wear it but move it back on your head so it’s no longer covering your face? I love the way they look, I don’t want to take mine off for reception pics!

@crocodilerock:  i wore a birdcage veil with a separate fascinator.  i was planning on removing the birdcage before dinner but i totally forgot i was wearing it.  it was very comfortable and not in my way at all.  i had in placed just above my eyes.

@crocodilerock:  no, not at all.  i loved it in pictures.  i wanted to be wearing it.  we had all of our pics done prior to the ceremony.

Restarting this thread in case any of you bees, or OP can update me on what you chose?

I too want to wear the birdcage for early pics and ceremony and then not for the evening…. did you say you can get a clip that removes it, but leaves the brooch/band/clip in (the flower or sparkly part?)  That seems like a good idea!
