I would check etsy if I were you. You could either contact the seller and ensure that they could rush ship you one, or look for a seller in the NY/NJ area.
Hi - I'm selling a birdcage veil from Etsy - its lovley, but I've decided to go with a longer version. I'm in Queens but work in midtown if you're interested. I'll be posting it on the classifieds today. For just the veil - $30 - for the veil and the fascinator - $60. PM me if you're interested.
Yeah, birdcages in the city are SO expensive. I would talk to an Etsy seller and let her know the rush situation you're in. I wish it was after my wedding, you could totally borrow mine! I have some leftover netting and would be willing to help you try to make another one, if you're interested. I'm not pro, but I might be able to help! PM me if you need anything! Good luck!
Hi there. This is my FIRST post on wedding bee!
Bird cage veils, cheap and off the rack, fast:
saw them just last week at RK Bridal and David's Bridal here in town. Good luck.
I know Hobochic's wedding is today (yay!) but I just found thea custom veil shop in the back of M&J Trimmings and their prices appear very reasonable. I bought two somewhat large feather bobby pins for $24 each. Custom veils start at $60 and they do have finished peices to pick from.
Sorry this info was late but hopefully it helps someone else!

My wedding is in 8 days and it appears that I've got a big fail on my hands for the DIY birdcage veil. Any suggestions on where I can pick one up in the city that won't cost an arm and a leg? I'm thinking under $75 (although, I"d be more than happy to buy one for $25 as well).
Thanks!
