What about incorporating light blue, teal or robins egg blue. That would offer some options to incorporate the beach theme?
My reception was black, whtite and red and we used all white (and all red) centerpieces- the all white had either, calla lillies, hydrangeas or roses and our vases were black iron (they were actually candle holders) with a clear vase in for the flowers.

I like the idea of using the black and white anemone flowers for the beach wedding. Kind of fun play on the sea anemone even if they don't really look like one. (2nd pic)
