our colors are black & champagne, and i ordered champagne tablecloths, so i need to figure out what to do for our centerpieces. we haven’t picked out flowers yet… i’m hoping we can incorporate flowers into the centerpieces, but it just depends how expensive they end up being.
does anyone have any pics of their black centerpieces, or have ideas what kind of centerpieces we could do?
here are the champagne tablecloths we’ll be using…

I love that combination.
You could use clear glass and candles like this with hits of black
or add some white
lighter colored terra cotta pots woud pick up the champagne tone on a darker scale-like the middle pic top row-Dusty Miller plants would be inexpensive, then add a hit of black-? ornaments on sale now
this pic has been used many times here but it would also pick up your colors and is easy and inexpensive to do yourself
you could do pomanders in champagne on top of black picture frames like this- maybe do the pics in sepia tones

You could buy vases of any color and spray paint them black, or get black vases. There is a DIY article on that somewhere on weddingbee… Sorry, don’t have photos.
Here are a few DIY that I saved that you might be able to alter… You could try black table runners…
ALSO…. Where did you get your champagne table cloths??? I may be getting them for my wedding, as well. (My colors are burgundy/wine (not purplish, more deep red, and gold/champagne)

@sonj818: I got them at cvlinens.com. I will be selling them after my wedding, if you’d be interested…but I see you are getting married only 3 weeks after.
