I’m pretty sure it needs to be a xerox or laser printer print-out.  Is there a kinko’s nearby?  Otherwise, maybe just a grocery store with a copy machine?

Some printers work and others do not.  It all depends on the level of carbon in the ink.  I have an HP printer which works great.  I make sure to use only the black ink (I actually just remove the color cartridge to make sure of this.)  I’ve heard others have had luck with HP printers as well.

If you do use a photocopy don’t forget the blue filter!

Good luck 🙂

oh sorry about that!  here’s a summary (again these are just personal experiences of people in the group- no guarantees!):

works great:

HP models 1020, 2100, 2605, 3050, 3500, 5500, 5610, 5MP, 5Plus, C4280 (this is mine!)

Epson Stylus CX 3810, Epson Photo Stylus

Lexmark Optra S+T

doesn’t work:

epson stylus models 640-1000

mixed opinion:

brother printers

Hope that is helpful!

it needs to be toner not ink… hence laser works but not ink based printers.

You don’t have to use a laser or xerox copy. Some inkets work just fine.

My hp photosmart 1215 inkjet works perfectly and saves me from having to run to kinkos or officemax!
