I love the Khaki suite!! But it might be better for a Beach or outdoor summer wedding (light colors to keep cool in the heat).
Maybe put swatches of color (your wedding colors) with both black and Khaki and see what looks best. (you could use paint swatches or anything you can find in those colors.)
I like the khaki suits. Your mom and MOG don't have to match everyone else. They can wear black if you want them to. Your mom is kind of supposed to show off a bit :)
Ohhh I was so in love with khaki suits until my hunny completely vetoed it. His words: "But I look so GOOD in black suits!" So we're having black. :)
But as much as I love khaki, for yours it does sound like black might be a better fit. From your descriptions of everything else, I would picture black more than I would picture khaki. But that's just me!

i'm having a church ceremony and up until today i was plannin on the tan suits. but just thinkin about it alot today i think i should go with the black suits. it will be a spring wedding and the girls dresses are short, satin, & sage. my dress is ivory and i think would look great put together but 1 problem the wall of the church are TAN and i was planning on keeping the decor simple at the alter just some ferns. but now im thinkin im goin to have to have alot of greenery also my mom got her dress which is black and she thinks she is goin to stick out like a black mole if i do the tan suits. my FMIL is having a hard time picking an outfit bc she doesnt want to stick out either. uhg! i only have 7 weeks till my wedding and the guys gotta get fitted! help me what do ya'll think
