I use the boxing on my Wii Fit to work out my arms, but if you don't have one, try lifting small weights for a few minutes every day.

Try some yoga -downward dog, cobra and plank/side plank are all good for arms.
Wall push-ups work just as well. I bought a resistance band - cheap and easier than weights, and do the exercises at home. I, too, totally dreaded the arm and upper back fat, but no matter what I did, I didn't seem to get very far with toning up. I eventually accepted that I would have a little flab peeking out here and there - and it was totally fine. I was really happy with the way I looked.
Definitely make the effort if I you can, but also, don't beat yourself up if you don't end up looking like you have the biceps of a bodybuilder on your wedding day! I have yet to see wedding photos of a bride that looked horrible on her wedding day, regardless of her shape or size or height or... you get the picture :)
Resistance training especially push ups, dips. unfortunately anything good takes hard work, If you were not thin I would suggest weight loss, but as you are it is all down to training no miracle cures I am afraid
UGH I hate armpit fat. I will say, that even when I was really skinny I still had it...mine is here to stay i fear. Im in really good shape (I think!), and have pretty toned arms, but it's just skin that hangs over in my armpit folds

I have seriously really bad armpit fat on both sides and I need to find a way to get rid of these and my floppy arms. I do not wish to lose any weight- just toning up....
PS- I DREAD PUSHUPS...
