JulieParham81:  I think it would help to see the bottom of your dress but from what I can see, I’d leave the belt off! It might take away from the beautiful detailing on the bodice!

I’d say no belt. The dress is dramatic on it’s own I think a belt would compete too much with the ruffles and sparkle. I’d save my $$ for shoes! 😉

I think the dress looks great just as it is without a belt.

I vote no.  You don’t want it too busy and I really like the dress as is.

No belt…. save the money for the shoes!!! The dress is beautiful by itself and has just enough drama without a belt.

Your dress is similar to mine style-wise (beaded bodice, dramatic skirt), and I won’t be adding a belt to mine. I think your dress is beautiful as-is and a belt could make it a little too busy. Do what feels right to you, though.

JulieParham81:  I am usually pro belt all the time however I think with the sparkley lace, full skirt this dress and your tiny figure you do not need a belt!

I vote no belt.  I agree with the PPs that it would take away from the lovely details of the dress.

I vote no belt; it would compete with the bodice detailing and it would make your torso appear shorter.
