Lots of band-aids. Use gauze if necessary and put hydrocortisone lotion on them--this will reduce the redness and swelling. BandAid blister block is a good thing, for future reference.
I second the band-aid idea. I walked a mile in my "not comfy" sandals the other day and I got the same size blisters on the bottom of my feet (the air bubble kind). Couldn't walk right for 2 days. The Blister Band-aids really helped.

Does anyone have a good tried and true treatment for blisters? I went for a 3 mile walk in my "comfy" sandals today, which gave me HUGE blisters on both my feet. Not even joking...these are the size of quarters. Tomorrow I have to wear closed-toed shoes to work so I can't just wear open-top shoes.
