Don't worry about it! Wear your uggs and rock them! People will come and it will be a story to tell. Remember when ... there as a blizzard at my shower?!?! Smile and make light of it!
Trust me, it will probably end up making your shower much more memorable in the end! :)
And don't they say that rain on a wedding day is lucky? So I'm pretty sure that snow on a shower day also falls under the same luck category! :)
I would wear boots to get there, then change into your pretty shoes. Sorry to hear about the blizzard - I hope the only damper it puts on your day is the slight change in wardrobe. I'm sure people will still come - I hope you are able to relax and enjoy your shower! :-)

OMG I hear you girl -- I'm stuck in this weather too! But just bring your cute shoes in a big to the shower venue and change into them when you're safely inside and out of the snow! Just think of it as "getting the bad weather over with" before the wedding! Congrats and enjoy your shower! :)

My cousin had an unexpected snowstorm on her wedding day (at the end of May.....) and it's a story we all still talk about.
Thanks! I wore my uggs, took my shoes and drank lots of mimosas :). It ended up being an awsome day!!

My first wedding freakout, I think.
There is a blizzard and I have a shower to go to in a few hours. What the hell do I wear now? I'm worried about my guests having to drive out to the burbs in a BLIZZARD!!!!!!
I think I can still wear my pretty shower dress with uggs?!! I'm so annoyed with Chicago!!!!!!!!!!!
