secretbee33:  i have used a couple things that have helped me in the past– gas x can help– I was desperate and tried it last week before work because I was so bloated!! It actually helped… I took 2 pills and felt like my bloating subsided maybe 50% which I will take!! Also there are vitamins on amazon called “PMS” vitamins and if you take them the 6-10 days leading up to your cycle and on your cycle– they really battle bloating. Sometimes I forget to take them religiously lol but those are the two things that have helped me most!

So I have never tried this myself, but I’ve read a number of articles that suggest taking an epsom salt bath 2-3 days before whatever big event you have coming up. Again, I have no idea as to the effectiveness/risks of these, but it might be worth looking into: http://www.yourweightlossaid.com/epsom-salt-bath-weight-loss/

secretbee33:  yep! The natures way I have and have used and also the now foods female balance:) there’s another one I used to have but don’t see it on amazon any longer- it’s just a mix of vitamins to help with moodiness, bloating and cramps… It does help alleviate it all so id def try that and then maybe the gasx the day before and of your wedding:)

Eta: type in “pms relief” or “pms supplements” and it will show you a lot of options! I stay w the natural ones personally.
