Hey bees! 🙂
It is 10 days before the wedding, and although it is getting hot up here in the mid-west, it isn’t so hot that I should feel this disgusting and bloated. If someone were to stick me with a pin, I would deflate to nothing.
Here is the deal: My eating habits have been poor for the last month, and I am going to go back on my Nutrisystem for the last 10 days before the wedding to try to regulate my diet. I am also taking walks every night. BUT I have been eating fiber like crazy. I developed a lump on my left side, went in, and here my intestine was backed up with, well, ya know, poop. I had to drink magnesium citrate to clean me out, and the doctor said to up my fiber. I eat fiber one cereal every morning and 2 fiber bars a day. I still have that lump, although it gets small after I #2. I still have a lot of gas and bloating though, and I am not sure if it is all my diet or if I need to up my fiber even more.
Do you guys have any hidden tricks and tips? I heard dilluting apple vinegar, which is gross, but if there is truth to it I’m game. I know to stay away from salty, greasy food as well as carbonated drinks. Anything else??
