I'm going to do this one too! I don't have to worry about the water though. I am doing all paper flowers and using vintage hankerchiefs inside the mason jars to hide the stems.

found this tutorial, I know blue mson jars are really hard to find ans usually expensive, so why not make your own! They are not water proof so they couldn't be used for vases but candles would look great!
