No catering experience to give you but their food is certainly delicious!

I did day-of coordination for a wedding in June that used Blue Ribbon BBQ as their caterer. They did an great job! The couple chose to have Whole Foods deliver apps for their cocktail hour and they hired a separate event staffing company to serve/clean up tables.

I hope this helps!

There is the east coast grill in cambridge that does BBQ too.  They’ll come and set up grills and have servers and depending on where you are they will help coordinate your bar if you need to supply your own.  I didn’t go with them because I ended up picking a venue that didn’t allow outside food, but everyone seemed really nice.

@llberu:  So glad I could help! They used Extra Hands for Your Event ( for the servers and bartenders. For plates, they collected vintage china and used that. They did rent some items from Rentals Unlimited, you could check into them for dishware rentals.

If you are interested in some more information, please feel free to email me or give me a call (774.203.3313) directly.

I also second the combo of Blue Ribbon BBQ for catering and Whole Foods for apps. We used them for our wedding last June along with Simply Serving II ( and Peterson Party Center for food-related rental items ( Things went so seamlessly, considering we had to coordinate bringing absolutely everything into our venue (The Pierce House, Lincoln).

I sent you a message with more of the details you had asked. Feel free to reach out if you have more questions…I know the level of details to consider can be daunting!
