Here are my blue shoes...i ended up buying dyable shoes and Davids Bridal had the color I needed.
I did the same thing--ordered dyable shoes (from DyeableShoeStore.com) and had them dyed blue. I ordered the shoes and had them sent to me so i could make sure they fit/were what i wanted before i had them dyed, so i could return them if not. It just took a week from when i sent them back to Dyeable Shoe Store for me to get them back, all nice and blue!
So I guess I forgot to mention -Dyables are not an option. I'm having an outdoor wedding, and I do not want to run that risk.
I wore Nina Electra in China Blue. The ones I wore are higher than what you are wanting, but there is an option on the site for you to design your own shoes. You can choose your size, style, heel height, and color.

Alright bee's - I'm still in search of my blue shoes, with less than a month to my wedding.
Must be 2 1/2 - 3" heel size, since my dress is already fitted for that..
I'm in love with the Kate Spade Marlena in cobalt blue - but I am having a really hard time justifying costs. I love this style of shoe, or even something similar.
Anyone care to recommend shoes, less than the cost of the Kate Spades, in a shade of blue (BMs are david's cornflower, so anywhere from it, to a bright blue - I don't like super dark).
Here's my dress :)
