I love these shoes, and I do think they go with your gown. The only thing that I would worry about is whether there would be a chance that the buckle would catch on the bottom of the dress.
Just from the photos, they look like an absolutely perfect match.

Definitely - they are great!! I'd take them with me to a fitting, though, to make sure it didn't catch on the dress.
It's nice that the shoes have drapings like the dress however the dress does not have a buckle like the shoes!!! Keep searching. Ideally you need shoes with "something" that reprises the beading on your dress.
