My girls picked their bridesmaid dress, and the floor sample happened to be in this beautiful blue color… they loved it and it looked great on all of them, so it’s that color that has shaped the whole look of my wedding so far!
Here is the bridesmaid dress:
Here is my flower inspiration:
I KNEW I wanted shoes the same color as their dress.
But I also wanted a low wedge with an ankle strap (I know, I’m picky), so my choices were limited…
I found these! They’re comfortable, easy to walk in, and I liked the style:
So, I had them dyed blue! They match the bridesmaid dress color PERFECTLY and I couldn’t be happier!!
Here they are…
Will you/did you wear blue shoes? Did you buy them blue, or have them dyed blue? Did they match your color scheme, or were they just your “something blue”?

My shoes are black because of the my partially black wedding dress. I think I would have purchased blue. I am not a huge fan of blue but the cut of the bridesmaid dress is phenomenal. The shoes look great.

@jadlnc: Thanks! 🙂 I originally intended on a pastel teal or mint color… ended up with a totally different theme, but I love it!

Those bouquets are so pretty! I love your inspiration pictures!
My shoes were a dark blue!
ETA: My shoes were already blue and they were my “something blue”

I love my blue shoes and any chance to post them! my official ‘something blue’ was a sapphire bracelet but I ended up having doubles of all the somethings, in the end. they were mainly to match the colour scheme (yellow, white & blue). I got them from a shoemaker who makes them to order in any colour.

my colors were navy & coral, so they matched.

These are my shoes! My bridesmaids are wearing short navy dresses, and my fiancé will be in his Army dress blues.
