Theres a Master Cobbler by me, is that the one you're talking about?
@vegasbride2009 Are you in San Jose? The website says they are located in San Jose near Santana Row and Valley Fair Shopping Mall
Yes, I live about 10 min from where that cobbler is! I'm going to try to keep this a secret! I have a friend who is getting married in October, I don't want her to copy this idea...LOL
LOL! It's such a good idea I don't think I'm going to tell anyone I know personally about it. If you get yours done be sure to post pictures! Oh...and I think you can just take in a paint chip of the blue you want and they'll match it.
What a great idea!!! I wore Blue Tux heels, which come with a blue sole - that might be a cheaper option than buying heels and then having a $55 sole put on.
Oooh! I live near that shop as well so I'm going to have to try this too! Awesome find, thanks for sharing
I might add that even if you don't live near San Jose you can just mail them your shoes along with your color choice.

I'm sure many of you have seen or heard of the Christian Louboutin shoes that had a tiffany blue sole. I saw a pic of them in a bridal mag and fell completely in love. After doing some research I found that they were discontinued due to trademark issues. Bummer! I was so wanting my something blue to be the soles of my shoes! However, I stumbled across a blog the other day and thought I would share this for all you fashion forward brides. http://mastercobbler.com/default.aspx will re-sole shoes in any color you want. All you have to do is send in a swatch of the color you want, and presto! Custom blue sole bridal shoes! How amazing is this? I think they charge anywhere from 55 to 75 bucks. So worth it. Just imagine how cute that will look in detail photos. The first photo is the Louboutins and the second is the re-soled pair from The Master Cobbler.
