We're using some southern gospel tunes in instrumental: "Be Thou My Vision" and "For the Beauty of the Earth". I'm walking in to a bluegrass version of Canon in D (not original at all, but I took the band's suggestions).

I was considering walking down to a bluegrass Canon in D, but I found a cool Irish Wedding tune that has a very bluegrass feel to it. And, it's a free online download, so 2 thumbs up on that :)
There's an album called "Pickin' on Zeppelin - a Tribute", that features some pretty cool instrumental versions of Led Zeppelin classics gone bluegrass.
I also recall Yonder Mountain String Band doing a few songs w/out lyrics, but i would have to track 'em down, cause I could be totally wrong.
I've been meaning to download Railroad Earth & Yonder Mountain String Band to see what they have by way of instrumental music. I'll check out the Zepplin cover CD.
I'm bummed because I thought I had found an instrumental version of Alison's Kraus's "I Will." Turns out the vocals started about 1:28 into the song.
I posted this the other day, but wanted to bump it up to see if anyone else might have suggestions :)
Well we didn't do any bluegrass during the ceremony or anything, but we had a ton of fun with some bluegrass during the reception. We have some really cute pictures of my dad and I flat footing to Rocky Top and stuff. Pretty sure my husband's side of the family had no idea what flat footing was until we were doing it lol

I am trying to find some good instrumental bluegrass music for ours moms and bridesmaids to walk down the aisle to, and I just can't find anything that captures me. Any other girls having bluegrass tunes at your wedding? Any suggestions for instrumental bluegrass music?
