Here’s an idea (3 ring bride advice tee hee): Get a nice plain band, and then buy another “bling” band that’s a little wider than the band on your e-ring with similar stones and setting.

If that’s not an option right now, I’d go with a plain (but wider) band, and save up for a “bling” band. That way you still have the “I’M MARRIED” symbol on your finger as well as your bee-ooootiful e-ring. Either way that e-ring is fantastic and beautiful!

Don’t feel pressured to buy something right now. If it’s not happening for you, go with the plain band and keep looking.

I have that engagement ring setting! I’m just going to get a plain white gold band about 2.5 to 3 mm. I thought the set band was too thin also and I like the look of the different widths

I don’t think that the band and setting have to match exactly. What about the Bella band with your ring? It is still diamonds nut a little wider and it is actually cheaper than the petite band! Keep mind too the blue nile does free returns so you can always try it out then send it back!

My boyfriend and I are looking at that e-ring!
I love the look of the side diamonds.

Do you mind if I ask you a few quesions about it?

It’s 1.5mm right? Do you find that it is thick enough? What size finger are you? I am a six and I am wondering if it will look too thin on my hand.

And also.. we are looking at 3/4 princess cuts to put on it. Do you think that would look good since you have obvously seen the ring?

Thanks so much! I have a hard time shopping online becaue I am scared that it won’t look what I thought it would look like.

I have fairly small fingers, size 4.5 and I think it fits my finger fine, it looks very dainty. I can’t really say how it would look on a finger with a larger ring size as it would just depend on your bone structure really… I have an almost 1 carat princess and I think the thinner band makes the diamond seem bigger.  A 3/4 princess would look beautiful in the setting. It looks clean and modern with a princess stone.

Keep in mind that Blue Nile has amazing customer service and if I remember correctly, if you get the ring and don’t like the setting, I think you can send it back for a different setting.

Pebble, what did you decide for the band?  I also want an unmatching band, possibly one of the garland rings or bella but I don’t know what else will fit.  I have 1.1 ct round.  Thanks!!
