We used Shutterfly for our guest book and I'm also using them for an album. They always have a ton of great specials going on.
I used MyPublisher and it came out incredible. And right now they are running a promo thru November 21 - 40% an order of over $100! We couldnt resist.
I found Blurb very difficult to use, MyPublisher is much better. Not sure about the rest, I want to check them out though

The quality was great & it wasn't unreasonably priced either!

Are there any other websites where you can make your own photo book besides blurb and one that starts with an 'S' (forgot the name)?
I'm looking at doing the photobook for our guestbook.
