My girls have picked their dresses out and it was a fun experience. I told them the shade of pink I wanted and said pick a non-slutty dress :) I have a MOH and 2 bridesmaids and the bridesmaids chose similiar dresses but they body types are way different (one way skinny and one with huge tatas) but I like that I gave them the freedom of the style because I want them to be comfortable ya know? The fabric is not the same but similiar... With 8 girls maybe you could have half one style the other half another! Hope it works out!
Lol non slutty.... Those are the exact words I used but was tryin to be more pc on here. Thanks for the reassurance!

I am having 8 bridesmaids. Ya, I know, but we are all close and I'm not into the pick-and-choose-hurt-feelings thing. Anyways, they are all shapes and sizes and 4 of them live out of state so I am giving them a few different (but close) shades of cream to get dresses in. As long as it is the right color & i get a picture first, they can choose what they would like. One BM is here from Tx and so her & I as well as MOH and 2 other BM are going shopping together today. I'm hoping one of them finds a great dress and we can kinda have the rest look @ that as a starting point.
Does it really matter if the fabric is all the same? Do you have any tips on how to make sure this is a FUN experience and no one gets mad/frustrated? I just want the entire wedding to be a fun experience for everyone & allow my BM's to spend as little or as much as they would like and feel good on the big day too.
Suggestions???
