There are way too many choices for me to pick one for your, but some of these are in your price range. It is perfectly okay that she won't match. A lot of brides put their MOHs in completely different outfits.

Is it possible to just get her to look for the shoes herself? It sounds like you have a lot on your plate already...
Just make some rules... like, no flip flops.
One of my BMs has serious ankle problems and could not wear heels...but I let her wear some nice flip-flops (more like flat sandles) with her dress and it was fine. My wedding was outside though so not nearly as formal perhaps as yours. Good luck and Congrats!

Wow thanks ladies. I almost almost bought the one's Future KMM showed- how perfect were those. The lady said they were more of a coral and $90 with shipping.
I did find a perfect match flat without peep but patent leather kind of leopard. Very cute and will work.

I have been planning this wedding x 1 year and it is one week away! I bought the following shoes for 8 BM's (after much work b/c I'm type A and want it all to match)My Matron of Honor just called me last night saying she cannot wear heels, b/c she just had knee surgery but unexpectantly has not healed- just got off crutches and was told she could not wear heels. I'm bummed- understand- but super bummed.
She thinks it is ok to wear matching flip flops- but IT IS NOT! IT is a formal church wedding. These are shoes- can anyone find flats that match under $50 preferably $40? Thanks! :) Since she is Matron of Honor it will be fine that she doesn't match.
