I would try using any sort of thicker cardstock material. Where are you ordering from? Anywhere specific?
I used 80lb cardstock from Office Max ($0.11 per sheet). They looked really good after. check out this thread for pics: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/boarding-pass-escort-cards
Good luck!
If you thought 110 wasn't quite sturdy enough, 80lb won't be heavy enough either!

Try that 140lb stock, if you wish. In all honesty, the 110 would be a lot cheaper (Walmart sells it! Woo-hoo!) for not a lot of difference in weight.
Or, if you want them to be glossy and heavier, why not order oversized postcards during a free promo from vistaprint with your image on them? Then cut them down to boarding pass size... would actually probably be cheaper than the paper. Just make sure if you do that, that your image for vistaprint is 300dpi or higher (300 pixels per inch).
Good luck!

I am trying to do boadring pass std ala Mrs. Piglet and I was wondering what weight paper should I use. I tried the 110lb (side note: I am also using magnets on the back) and i felt it was not sturdy enough. Any other suggestions?
