I really like Polyvore — though you can’t really edit items once you add them in (which is a problem for me since I love parts of other people’s inspiration boards!).  🙂

I use Flickr mosaic maker.  It’s easy and quick once you’ve got all the images.

HumarockBride introduced me to Polyvore and I can’t get enough.  I’ve been using it for everything, including flowers.  My florist loved it when i could present him with the completed inspiration board.  I have also used it to show preferred hairstyles for my bridesmaids, etc.

I also agree with Polyvore, but my #1 favorite is Flickr’s mosaic maker.  It’s super easy and if you are going to get one for the wedding photos anyway everything will be in the same place.
