Has anyone tried this three-week diet? My first dress fitting is three weeks from today and I just started!

Don’t know if I can actually lose 20 pounds, but I hope to lose at least 10. (I’m 5’8, 148.) My target weight is 130. It’s 800 calories a day, but unlimited vegetables, and 45 minutes of walking/20 minutes of his exercises, no complex carbs after breakfast, and 40% protein/40% simple carbs/20% fat for each meal, and 16 ounces of water before every meal. It’s sounds more reasonable than an extreme cleanse.
I’m not too worried about maintaining it if I transition back to eating 1200 calories a day and getting back into heavier cardio.
I had a terrible experience trying my dress on when it came in and I really hope to avoid the embarrassment this time! Plus, I don’t want to spend extra money letting it out and my boudoir session is coming up in two months!
(Let me add, I am usually very anti-diet/clean eating, but I haven’t been very diligent about trying to lose, so this is what it’s come to.)
