Body Revolution

    So for those of you who have seen my posts before, you know I mix yoga with the gym and Jillian Michael's videos. It's crazy to say (maybe) but I always feel that my personal 1 hour at the gym is NOT as hard as Jillian's 1/2 hour workout! (Maybe it's her shouting at me through the tv, who knows?!) 

    ANYWAYS.....Despite the fact that I downloaded all the other vids I have, I ordered Jillian's Body Revolution online today.... $120! It's like P90X with less tools and less time....so let's see what happens! 

    Anybody else on the body revolution train with me?

    I absolutely love Jillian!!  I'm in the middle of Ripped in 30, and have had awesome results over the past year with her other DVDs.  I have heard incredible reviews about Body Revolution, and I would imagine you'll see great results.  

    I wish I could join you, but DH and I need to save our $ right now... sad sad day. :(

    @subbywife11:  Hey! Glad to hear you're on the Jillian train with me :) Sometimes I feel slightly obsessed....But the results I get convince me 100%. We're on the big money saving train too...But i talked with my co-workers who all have personal trainers (!) and they said that these videos were much less than sessions. So let's see who gets the best results! ha ha. I think you'll do GREAT if you stick to it! msg me if you need some inspiration.... we will rock this!

    I just finished her ripped in 30 dvd (loved it, especially week 3 and 4), going to start body revolution on monday.

    How do you like it so far?

    @Miss.E:  It's amazing! The first 2-4 weeks are pretty easy if you've done ripped. Also - keep in mind you're doing less reps than shred/ripped so you'll have to up your weights. The fact that it gets progressively harder every two weeks is so fantastic - keeps you on your toes and gives great results.

    LOVE J MIKE!! Her kickboxing DVD is my new love.  I feel like i sweat as much as when i jog for an hour. 

    I have her 30 day shred, yoga, no more trouble zone, matabolism boost and kickboxing.  I love it because i can do a different kind of workout every day and not get bored with all the dvds i have. 

    Shes the best. I'm hoping she will help me lose 20lbs in the next 6 months.  5 lbs down!
