They do work! They exctract water and toxins I believe but they only last a day or so

I wouldn’t try one, I am not a person who trusts others enough to be binded like that. What happens in an emergency like a fire or something, you are literally STUCK! No thanks!

It’s just water weight from the sweat. You could do the same thing yourself by drinking a lot of water/working out. It’s not worth the money paid for something you can do yourself… especially when it’s only a temporary fix anyway. If you want to lose inches, clean up your diet, drink only water and tea and exercise (especially weight training).

My mom did one a few years ago and it worked really well. Just remember to go pee before you start. lol
