Have you tried a large dept store? I know they may not carry bridal gowns, but they do have accessory dept that carries boleros and such like a Nieman Marcus
I've been looking mainly online because it's a 40+ minute drive for me to any decent dept store.
I would check out Etsy seller Bonzie. I don't know what your price range is. But I hear a lot of bee's like her work.
Bonzie doesn't take custom orders :(

I only found this and as you can see, its much plainer than the one you and a lot less beautiful. Most of the shrugs of the type you want are usually sold as part of a set, try checking on second hand wedding dress websites. I really suggest hiring a good seamstress to replicate the exact same one if you are in love with the style.
I just did a search on ebay...they have tons of different styles. Would you feel comfortable purchasing off of that?
your best bet is to look on line and see what you find and ask your bridal store to order it for you.. i did the same thing; i fell in love with one of the white one boleros i called my store and the owner ordered it for me.. it is a lot of money but it is definitely worth it... it is beautiful! try to look for the less expensive designers and see if your store can help you out with that...

Hello Hive!
I've been on the hunt for a bolero to go with my gown. My gown has a good amount of beading and embroidery at the bust, so I have been looking for a very plain jacket. I found one that I think is perfect, but so so expensive. Does anyone know where I can get a similar bolero? Or a reputable etsy seller who would make this for a reasonable price?
