I never thought it would take so long for my belly to outpace my boobs since I WAS small chested. But then they grew and grew and grew and grew. Up until last week I would still wake up in the morning and my belly wasn’t past them yet and I’m finishing up my 28th week. But now, no matter the time of day or how little the food baby is the belly is winning!
Exciting but now there’s this little creature who does not want me to bend over at all, very much a hard rocket ship shaped belly, and a belly that fights back at me when I try to bend over to tie my shoes.
Any tips for dealing with the last trimester big hard fighting belly?

I switched to wearing flip flops, even though it was fall in Canada. I could struggle into running shoes, it was the socks that got me every time!!

I remember those days. 🙂 I just had my husband put my shoes on for me… Also, don’t bend over any more; squatting is so much easier when you need to pick something up off the ground, plus, it’s a great exercise for preparing for birth!

I just always forget to bend at the knees and not at the waist. But my little creature then reminds me by lots of kicks, she really gets feisty about it. I can’t believe she still has 3 more months to grow in there and fight back even harder. Not even out of the womb and already demanding.

Whenever I bend over I squash something, and I want to puke. lol. It’s so fun.
