Boobs are a menace. Rant.

I have the SAME problem! I’m a 30DD and it’s really that every bra maker must assume that when you go over C cup you must have a large band size. It’s so frustrating.

I’ve had decent luck with Soma. They don’t necessarily go down to my band size, but they do have a couple styles that fit as a 32D. They do go up to 32F if I remember correctly. They’re not necessarily cheap either, but the straps are very nice and sturdy and the whole feel I’ve gotten so far is sturdiness and longevity. I dislike VS for that very reason – tried them, the girl told me I was a 30DD but could go “like a 34 C that’d work too” (chyeah….right, as it flies off into the night) and the straps are so thin they hurt.

I still can’t find good sports bras. No matter what I do, the boobs come and whap me one in the face. *sigh*

As a side note – one of my close friends is very large busted and refers to any large breasted woman as bursty, as our breasts tend to burst out of anything. Smile

Yeahhhh trying to find dd to ddd cups and less than a 34 band… Not happening. Oh unless you want it with 2 clips at the back because that’s totally enough /scoff.

@NellieBelly37:  This sounds like me today! I finally got the nerve to get fitted for a bra, like, really, really fitted. Turns out my 34dd was TOTALLY wrong, I’m actually a 32G (aka 32dddd)! I know the pain of shopping for bras at the regular places (eg: Victorias Secret) but I found that Nordstroms is AMAZING at larger sizes.

They also told me that sometimes when a store “measures” you, they may tell you a wrong size, or the size that best falls into what they can sell (like Victorias Secret who told me I was a 34dd) because they may not carry your size. Imagine how it would be to go to a store and have someone say “oh yeah, sorry, we don’t cary that”

Anyways, moral of the story is, find some place that can deal with larger bra sizes and get a proper fit. Having a 32G has been an amazing difference from my 34dd

I have Pectus Excavatum (Sternum is pushed in) and I find it hard to find a bra that fits me as there is a hug gap between the banding my inward sternum.

28B but that size like… doesn’t exist, so I’m roughing it out with 32A, sports bras, and my binder. *sighs loudly* I don’t even want boobs!

@NellieBelly37: I’m a 32DDD, and I always buy bras at Nordstrom’s 1/2 yearly sale. Bras can be had for $30. I also shop flash sales for bras – zulily or gilt are awesome.

I’m a 34 H. Finding bras is a bitch 🙁 I usually buy too small and then they fall apart after a few months.
