Weddingbee boards

Well ladies, it's official- I have picked my wedding ceremony site and reception space. I am so happy with both of them, my fiance and I are a bit off beat, and I was looking for places that would embrace my weirdness lol, I believe I found the perfect spaces.

the ceremony will take place at an art center not far from my hometown. It's so open and bright (even on a miserably cold rainy day here in ohio!) it felt so lively and unique inside, I just felt so good about it as soon as I walked in the door. It was the second space i'd seen today, the first was beautiful dont get me wrong, but the feeling was a bit stuffy. I felt claustrophobic! I can't get married somewhere like that! I think my camera tells it all, there are several pictures of the art center, and only one picture of the mansion I was considering. I am soooo happy right now!!

Now, I have a serious question! lol if your wedding colors were silver, charcoal, and bright green (like lime green!) what would you do about flowers? i'm having a fall wedding but dont want those typical colors. But I', at a loss on flower inspirations with my colors. Any advice?

ooo thats very nice! hydrangeas were always on my list from day one, they are some of my favorite flowers, but I never would have thought of lambs ear, that's lovely! really unique and unexpected :)
