I actually used to work at a few hotels in GR. The Quality Inn Terrace Club on 28th street usually gives a good deal on wedding blocks, and they have complimentary hot breakfast for your guests the next morning. It's sister property The Sleep Inn, has lower pricing if you want to be accomodating to your guests varying budgets. Sleep Inn also has a complimentary hot breakfast (although the selection is not as large as Quality Inn). Both also provide hospitality hour around 5p, with snacks for hotel guests. The Hilton is also another option on 28th street.

Sorry, there are no users yet.
I live in the Detroit area, but my wedding is going to be in Hastings, MI. I'm looking for hotels to book for my guests for my wedding next May. My FI suggested that Grand Rapids would probably be the closest location (to our wedding site) to find a nice hotel. I was wondering if anyone that knows the area might have a recommendation?
My maid of honor and I are going to travel to the area at the end of this month , and wanted to book a room at whatever hotel I might end up blocking so that I can know what it's like first hand before suggesting it to my guests.
Thanks in advance for any help!
