Hey everyone! Has anyone had any experience booking a trip or honeymoon through Costco? I found a great deal for a Oahu/Maui honeymoon through them and wanted to see if anyone had anything good or bad to share! Thank you so much!

I have never tried it myself but I heard great reviews from a family friend who booked a vacation through them she said it was all really easy!

My other friends booked their honeymoon to Tahiti through Costco and said it was great...said they got an overwater bungalow at a much better price than they would have otherwise.

Yeah, we want to go to Maui and Oahu and we can get a package that includes a room at a Hyatt Regency hotel on both islands, all flights (including inter-island), and an intermediate rental car on Maui for under $4000 for 10 days/9 nights. It seems like a great deal, so I wanted to make sure that they were good to work with before we went with it.

Ooops, just looked at the subject of this post! It should read, "Booking Honeymoon Through Costco." I'm glad that you all understood what I meant!

I've called them a few times about different honeymoon spots. They have good prices for Tahiti (but still out of our budget) and are really helpful. Their prices for Greece are a little on the expensive side though. But I we may end up using them!

@icelara:  I would looove to go to tahiti.  Do you have any idea how much they spent to go to tahiti and if it was all inclusive? Thanks :)

@cherrycoke: I was given a price quote for Tahiti of around $7,500- I think it was 3 nights on Tahiti and 6 nights on moorea in an overwater bungalow. Breakfast was included and I think maybe a few dinners. That included flights from L.A. to Tahiti. I'm on the east coast so I would have to add about another 1k on for flights to L.A.

@IlsaLund: Costco can pretty much do ANYTHING. You can buy engagement rings, other fine jewelry, clothes, vacations, cars, caskets, etc. Pretty much anything you can think of - they do!

I L-O-V-E Costco!  My FI and I used their travel service and absolutely loved it. One-stop-shopping center.  Don't forget to stop by when you are in Maui and Oahu.  They sell local foods for great quality and price.  Last time I was in Oahu, our first stop was Costco and so as our last.  =)
