As the title suggests, if you read (or are reading) books on marriage, which did you find helpful?
My Fiance are both bookworms and in an LDR. Reading books together is one of the ways that we like to connect. We also want to put as much effort into the marriage as into the wedding, since that is what matters in the end.
Right now are reading “Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work.” So far it seems to be good, lots of exercises and questions. It seems like the kind of book that you can also pull out down the road when you hit a rough patch in the relationship.
We also read “Things I Wish I’d Known Before We Got Married.” This book was okay, but lightweight.
So, for those bookworms out there, what books do you recommend?
