I just started a bootcamp yesterday.  I was pretty much dying at the end!

@WestCoast: I got mine through Groupon too.  I’m not really feeling much today except my back and shoulders hurt.  I used to work out a lot and my thighs and abs would always hurt after a good workout but I’m not feeling them at all right now.  I am just doing it by myself, I sort of like being on my own more because it helps me to focus but I’ve talked to a few of the other participants a bit.

My Fiance and I started boot camp about 5 weeks ago, we really love it.  You will start to enjoy it when you start to see and feel the results.  After that it just become part of the routine, I’m pretty much addicted to it now.  One piece of advice to help with muscle soreness is to drink a protein shake within 30 minutes of working out, it really helps with recovery.  Good luck and have fun!

My BM did a bootcamp in Portugal for a week, it was that horrific it’s making her make sure she maintains her new weight lol. They got up at 5am every morning and went for a run before breakfast and ate a high protein non dairy diet. She was told to take sanitary protection, which I thought was odd but apparently it’s common in the conditions for women to bleed.
