I would suggest talking to a travel agent. They will know which resorts are good and which ones are bad and will also take care of all your travel and lodgeing. My FI and I are looking to honeymoon in Moorea and Bora Bora and we're going through a travel agent. He's been really helpful and is giving us lots of good recommendations.

We just booked our honeymoon there. We are staying three night in moorea and 5 night in bora bora.
@mkim how exciting!! when are you going on your honeymoon? what resorts did you go with? its such a beautiful place...i dont think you can go wrong with any of them :)
Ooooh we just booked there too. 5 at taha'a and 5 at the intercontinental. I'm suuuuper stoked for it. The FI booked it through a travel agent. In talking to other who have been, using a travel agent seems to be the way to go.
@princsskmb: taha looks gorgeous!!! were thinking we might just book our entire stay there....but we will see :) are you leaving right after your wedding in september?? were waiting a few months after the wedding and planning to go in february when its cold here!!! ahhh...what a dream :)
We stayed at the Hilton in Moorea and loved it! The weather in September was gorgeous, but super windy!

we booked with Tahiti Travel Mate for 6 nights in Bora Bora @ Hilton Bora Bora Nui!
We stayed 2 nights at the Manava resort in Tahiti and 6 nights with Hilton Moorea. Perfect!
We went to Moorea and Bora Bora for our honeymoon, but we didn't stay at the le tahaa resort.

Just wanted to see if any of you bees have been to or booked a trip to tahiti and stayed at le tahaa resort........ever since seeing it on alis season of the bachelorette i fell in love. We are planning on taking the honeymoon of our dreams and are still deciding between bora bora/ moorea/ and tahaa...most likely splitting time in half at 2 resorts..hoping to get some feedback :)))
