So… I’m stuck at home without a car and it’s drizzling nastiness out.
I just did 50 sit-ups and completed 10 whole push-ups on my knees. Woot! What’s next?
I’m going to do more sit ups and push ups until I get some direction. 🙂

@midlifewoops: Look up Jillian Michael’s workouts on YouTube. 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 are good options for quick, sweaty, ever-changing workouts. 30DS is a little shorter than RI30.

@midlifewoops: Look up some POP pilates work outs, or her HIIT videos. They can be seriously hard! Most of my fitness is done in the gym with free-weights and machine weights (just did chest and triceps!) but I really need to add in some cardio.
If you don’t feel like watching a video try doing a 30 sec – 1 minute plank a few times, the best thing you can do to your core, you could do some tricep dips, bicycle crunches, wall squats or wall sits, sumo squats, plie squats, some bridges, leg lifts or inside leg lifts (inner thighs). All of those are bodyweight exercises that can be done anywhere without equipment!

I get so bored, so I switch it up a lot.
I like JM 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 a lot, and I switch those up with a combo of Blogilates videos. Cassey can get annoying, but she’s got some great videos. If you sign up for the newsletter, you get a nice monthly workout schedule.

I recommend looking up blogilates on google. She makes a monthly calandar and makes videos every week. It’s FAB!

@midlifewoops: I do the 30 Day Shred, then I do 10 mins of kettlebell workouts (following an awesome youtube instructional video by Ryan Shanahan), and then I either go running for 40 mins, or I do interval training (either running intervals or jump rope intervals). I’ve had to ramp up my workout routine since trying on my dress last week for the first time and it was so tight around my stomach! GULP! That really kicked my @ss into gear! Right now I burn around 480-515 calories a day from working out…
