Go to Anthony at Boston Platinum. He’s on the third floor of the Jeweler’s Building at 333 Washington.

Super nice guy, does all of his own work, and he strikes me as open-minded (no idea if he has worked with moissanite though). He was willing to match the JA price for my friend’s engagement ring.

I have no idea how much it would cost, but I think he would be willing to work with your budget. I wouldn’t add a halo, though- I think it’s beautiful and it doesn’t need it!

Go to Harout Mouradian with Mouradian jewelers. He works with every budget and his custom work is unparalelled. He also has a wide selection in stock. I sit the jewelry he’s made me alongside other pieces, and the quality is evident!

My fiancé had my ring custom designed at Horn Jewelers on Washington Street. Stephanie is INCREDIBLE, her work is outstanding, and from what my fiancé says, she’s an absolute delight to work with! Good luck!

**Not to be confused with E.B. Horn, also on Washington Street. Though, I believe they’re the same family.
